HCW is pleased to announce that in conjunction with the City of Branson’s new HWY 76 (Country Music Boulevard) plan. HCW is developing a 12,000 sg ft building on the corner of HWY 76 and HWY 65.
The building will feature 6,000 sq ft of retail space on the first floor and 6,000 sq ft of office space on the second floor. The exterior design is a mixture of glass, wood-look siding and metal roof, see rendering. The building will also feature a 45' x 12' electronic billboard inside the building on the second floor, welcoming travelers as they exit off HWY 65.
