HCW Development and Statesman Group have closed on the construction of a new 303 unit, 4 story urban style apartment project in Chandler, AZ.

The Met at Fashion Center sits adjacent to the Chandler Mall on Chandler Blvd. The first phase of the project will open in October of 2015. Financing was arranged by Walker Dunlap with the lender being First Bank of Arizona. The contractor for the project is Summit dck of Phoenix, AZ. The manager will be Alliance Residential Company.
