HCW Development announces the development of a Hampton Inn Hotel in Northwest Wichita, KS. The 2.11-acre site is situated on the north shore of Cadillac Lake. The site is located in the up and coming retail district on the corner of West 29th Street and Maize Road, part of the Slawson Development.
The four-floor hotel is 53,975 sq. ft. with 80 standard rooms and 8 suites. Amenities include a 400 sq. ft. meeting room, fitness center, indoor pool and outdoor lounge area with firepit overlooking Cadallic Lake. The hotel includes Hampton Inn�s newest contemporary architectural style with LED modular architectural uplighting at the cornice and porte cochere (see rendering). The color palette and materials are derived from the local landscape, conveying richness, permanence, and sophistication.
Construction will commence this winter with an estimated project completion date of fall 2017. Project team includes financing by Rose Hill State Bank, LK Architecture out of Wichita, KS and management company Kinseth Hotel Corporation, project contractor to be announced.
