The hotel incorporates Marriott’s newest generation of designs and amenities into a four story, 109 guestroom hotel. The architectural style and Marriott branding, are intended to complement the building designs of the highly successful multi-family residential community to the south. Hotel guest are met with a landscaping theme that embellishes a Mediterranean/oasis type environment. The hotel lobby is open and inviting to guest upon arrival. The hotel includes an exterior pool, sun deck fire pit, exterior dining patio, fitness room, lobby, breakfast and business center areas and board room. The pool area decking incorporates a BBQ and fire pit area for guest to enjoy and socialize. The hotel is centered on the south end of the property with primary access off of Chandler Boulevard.
This main entry, features a drive of decorative pavers leading from Chandler Boulevard through the retail buildings to the
entry of the hotel, with accent paver colors delineating the pedestrian connections from building to building. Pedestrian plazas, outdoor dining and abundant landscaping further enhance the development.
